Loss Prevention Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Prevention Analyst to monitor and administer identification reviews on dealer and individual account levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Document reviews of phone verifications, dealer files, and supporting documents to prevent suspicious activity
• Correspond with customers and dealers regarding necessary documentation and assist with dealer performance reviews
• Complete compliance calls on elevated issues and recommend stipulations for accounts under management guidance

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Experience in handling detailed written or oral instructions effectively
