Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a governance model aligned with client expectations
- Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting within NCR systems while monitoring SLA performance
- Resolve billing disputes and manage AR invoices, optimizing call pack usage
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical/vocational certification
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in NCR Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Flexibility to work non-standard business hours as needed
- Experience across NCR Lines of Business is preferred
