- Manage a team of Livestream Operations specialists, coordinators, and moderators
- Oversee team schedules, performance reviews, and staffing needs
- Supervise the adoption and tracking of Livestream Operations KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management, operations, or business preferred
- 2-5 years of team management experience
- Experience in online education, streaming, and virtual training
- Knowledge of Zoom functionality and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with NetSuite and Jira is a plus
