Key Responsibilities
- Oversee claims operations and establish methods for cost-effective management
- Set department goals and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Act as an escalation point for complex claims and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Accident & Health Medical Stop Loss claims
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience with high-risk Specific Excess Claims and Aggregate Accommodation requests
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Connexure/ESL system
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
