Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or contact center leadership, preferably in logistics or B2B SaaS
- 2-3 years of remote people management experience
- Proven track record in driving operational KPIs and team engagement
- Experience in managing escalations and operational disruptions
- High comfort level with data analysis and reporting tools
