Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead various organizational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team on multi-year and annual planning focused on budget, legal, and workforce planning
- Manage the Finance, People, and Legal functions, including budgeting, recruiting, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Build and oversee the internal Operations Function, including planning, data management, and project management
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, Legal, and/or People roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in financial and people operations management
- Experience managing remote teams and developing talent
- Comfort in cross-functional environments and a collaborative mindset
- Highly empathetic leadership skills
