• Drive provider quality by optimizing key quality management processes across the network
• Identify opportunities for improvement and launch cross-functional initiatives quarterly
• Own specific programs related to provider quality, including reviews and note quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations-based roles
• Expert-level proficiency with Excel/GSheets and advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Experience building trust and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Project management expertise with a strong bias for action
