Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for the facility
- Manage work orders and ensure timely service delivery while interfacing with vendors
- Oversee the integrity of the CMMS (Corrigo) and support the account team in system use
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in facilities management and managing Corrigo CMMS
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
