Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Risk Provider Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of network transformation initiatives and manages risk provider relationships
• Builds comprehensive network strategies to support risk provider networks and drives improvement of provider performance
• Evaluates government program requirements to ensure compliance and facilitates business review meetings with executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in managed care contracting
• 7+ years of experience with Risk Providers and IPA Management
• 5+ years of management experience overseeing remote and/or matrixed teams
• Experience in network development for Medicare or Medicaid
