Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Administrator to lead trade compliance efforts in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and manage FTZ documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage FTZ software and warehouse systems
  • Act as the primary contact for Customs inspections and manage FTZ operational activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Finance, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FTZ administration, trade compliance, or logistics
  • Strong understanding of FTZ regulations and customs compliance
  • Experience with FTZ software, including handling weekly entries and annual reports
  • Preferred certifications: Licensed Customs Broker (LCB), Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), Accredited Zones Specialist (AZS)
