Inventory Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Specialist II to support inventory accuracy and process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory systems and support inventory monitoring using SAP and Excel
• Conduct wall-to-wall inventory counts and cycle counts, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Educate store personnel on inventory best practices and lead inventory training sessions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years in an inventory or accounting-related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAP
• Experience with inventory control processes, data analysis, and reporting
• Ability to travel inter-state as required
