Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer product and pricing documentation for state adoptions and RFP bids
- Coordinate project updates, communications, and documentation for the Deal Desk and Adoption teams
- Manage workflow processes, including monitoring shared inboxes and reviewing approval requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong quantitative analysis skills
