Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager to lead operations strategy and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with account leaders
  • Oversee invoice and work order documentation for client submissions and manage performance metrics
  • Facilitate internal assessments and audits, ensuring adherence to standards and effective service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; 4-year college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Facilities/Project/Operations Management, preferably in commercial real estate
  • Background in facilities management, engineering, or operations is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in project management
