Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Maintenance Services Mobile Torque.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow, including planning, scheduling, and productivity tracking for maintenance specialists
• Oversee labor management, including recruitment, training, and performance management of personnel
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective scheduling and monitoring of maintenance services

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance operations environment preferred
• 0 to 1 year experience with Shop Management Systems preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required
