Rebate Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Rebate Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Rebate Operations Team and address issues related to rebate contract submission and reconciliation
• Conduct audits, reporting, and provide support for sales and request for proposal (RFP) processes
• Train new Rebate Analysts/Specialists and develop training materials and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Experience as a pharmacy technician, in trade, Industry Relations, or analytics desired
• Comfortable communicating across multiple areas within the organization
• Participation in compliance program objectives is expected
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
