Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Technician to provide remote support and incident management.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and provide corrective action via a web-based repair program or direct communication with field service technicians
- Manage and correlate multiple events to a single incident and communicate with customers and internal teams throughout the process
- Review existing Red-Light Camera locations to ensure proper functionality and high-quality image capture
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience or an associate degree
- Experience in customer service (internal or customer-facing)
- Basic to intermediate troubleshooting skills of systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- General awareness of computer systems, network management, or ticketing systems
