Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Supply Chain, Subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in full life cycle subcontract management activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulations
• Manage subcontract award processes, including crafting teaming strategies and resolving complex subcontract issues
• Oversee staff performance, set clear expectations, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality work

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• US Citizenship is required
• Experience with federal subcontracting, including knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements
• Track record of managing various subcontract types and leading proposal efforts
• Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent projects and prioritize effectively
