Key Responsibilities

• Lead and encourage a Workers Compensation claims team to deliver high-quality service
• Guide the team to handle claims in accordance with best practices
• Manage workloads and define team goals to ensure optimal efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Jurisdictional experience in Workers Compensation claims with DE, NJ, PA
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree is desired
