Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Health Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in business operations, preferably in the health and benefits or insurance industry
- Experience with U.S. health and welfare benefits regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools
- Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools
