Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to provide insights for optimizing pipeline coverage, territory design, and quota management
- Ensure data accuracy in pipeline management and promote scalable forecasting processes
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities, enhancing productivity and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Operations supporting GTM teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards
- Ability to streamline sales processes and uncover insights from data
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting recommendations to sales leaders
- Strategic mindset with a willingness to engage in detailed analysis
