Process Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Excellence Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align process improvements with business goals
• Lead workshops and support the adoption of new processes through effective change management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt or higher)
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to use process modeling tools such as Visio
• Equivalent experience may be considered
