Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate organizational behavior change
- Optimize processes to enhance the member experience through collaboration with various business leaders
- Utilize process improvement methodologies to engineer and implement effective organizational processes
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in operations, preferably in health insurance or healthcare
- 3+ years of experience with data software such as Excel or SQL
- 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows
