Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage meetings, international travel, and expense reports
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and papers while liaising with finance and procurement teams
- Serve as a key liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and databases
- Familiarity with international or cross-cultural work environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Spanish language skills are an advantage
