Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recent mortgage processing experience with various loan types
• Deep knowledge of loan structuring and underwriting guidelines
• Experience handling complex loan scenarios and self-employed borrowers
• Experience with Encompass LOS is highly preferred
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and agency guidelines
