Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator for a Specialty Clinic in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative procedures to facilitate daily clinical operations
- Manage equipment and connectivity testing, troubleshoot issues, and file IT tickets
- Assist with data analysis and month-end data compilation for quality improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- Two years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Experience in managing operational workflows and clinical processes
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and remote access management
- Proficiency in data entry and use of computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets
