A company is looking for an Associate, Reconciliation - Crypto Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reconciliations, investigate variances, and document resolutions to ensure accuracy
• Identify and initiate improvements to reconciliation workflows for process excellence
• Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to address deviations and drive project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in brokerage operations, Fintech, or related fields
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to expand knowledge and competencies
• Proactive and action-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong organizational and planning skills for effective time management
