Ticketing Manager - Combat Sports

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Ticketing - Combat Sports & Golf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead event setup and execution by building and launching ticketed events in the POS system
• Monitor and manage real-time inventory across channels, resolving issues as needed
• Support pricing strategy by executing pricing plans and providing feedback based on sales performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in ticketing, event management, or sports business
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sports or entertainment
• Proficiency with POS systems and Excel; experience with Asana or Smartsheet is a plus
• Strong operational skills with the ability to execute quickly and accurately under pressure
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting partner demands
