Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Operations to lead various operational teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, prioritizing and executing initiatives
• Build and enhance sales and business operations functions to support revenue growth
• Lead cross-functional teams and cultivate a remote-first culture through intentional practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational leadership roles, preferably as a COO or Head of Ops at a startup
• Experience in designing hiring strategies and organizational structures across multiple geographies
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and operational workflows
• Proven ability in people management and servant leadership
• Operational fluency in managing tools and measuring performance
