Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing PE Diligence Advisor/CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on the target's operations, quality systems, customer relationships, and A&D market growth potential
• Provide strategic guidance on the investment thesis and roadmap for transitioning the business to focus on A&D customers
• Potentially transition to CEO post-close to stabilize operations and build a new management team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in A&D manufacturing, ideally covering operations and sales/business development
• Strong knowledge of quality certifications (e.g., AS9100) and the process for qualifying as a supplier to major A&D OEMs
• Proven track record of leading an A&D manufacturing business through a strategic pivot, turnaround, or high-growth phase
• Willingness to assume a CEO role post-acquisition, with potential for significant equity ownership
