Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Management / Network Oversight and Process Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor key performance metrics related to pharmacy network operations
- Support end-to-end pharmacy network operations including credentialing and compliance
- Develop best practices for process innovation and lead process improvement teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 10+ years of experience in business process management, consulting, or operational transformation
- Preferred: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or similar BPM certification
- Preferred: PMI Business Analysis Certification
- Expert-level knowledge of BPM tools and documentation platforms
