- Oversee the CEO's calendar, travel, and meeting flow to align with company priorities

Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in high-trust leadership or operational roles
- Proven ability to manage people, directly or indirectly
- Experience working closely with a CEO or senior executive in a high-growth environment
- Strong systems thinker with a track record of driving measurable results
- Preferred experience in scaling internal operations in a mid-sized startup
