A company is looking for an Operations Associate to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic execution within the Enterprise Data Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Head of Technology and assist in executing key technology projects
- Develop presentations and communications in collaboration with Technology leaders and stakeholders
- Facilitate team meetings and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 4-8 years of experience in business operations or a related field, preferably with a focus on technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
