Senior Manager Property Management Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Future Property Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document acceptance test scenarios and create test scripts based on design documentation
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure system functionality and identify defects
• Track and update system issues using tools like Jira and participate in defect management processes

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with hotel property management systems or relevant experience
• Experience working with international teams and supporting global systems
• Preferred experience with FOSSE, LSPMS, FSPMS & Opera V5.6 property management systems
• Hospitality leadership experience is preferred
