Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to establish and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with company goals
- Drive operational excellence through leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and business reviews
- Serve as a connector across departments to remove roadblocks and ensure alignment on priorities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or leadership roles
- Proven success managing strategic planning for organizations of 300+ employees
- Experience in corporate transactions such as acquisitions or fundraising
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business case development and performance benchmarking
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
