Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Subcontract Administrator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and produce subcontract and procurement documentation, including agreements, task orders, and cost analyses
- Evaluate proposals, support negotiations, and maintain subcontract files while ensuring compliance with government policies
- Manage subcontract invoicing, monitor deliverables, and conduct training for technical and subcontract staff
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ year with a Master's degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Professional experience as a subcontract administrator supporting federal government customers
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related federal legislation
- Experience with various contract types (CPFF, CPAF, FFP, T&M) and managing subcontract closeout processes
