Senior Vendor Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vendor Operations Analyst who will lead the assessment and monitoring of vendors performing outsourced activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to assess vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met
• Performs analysis of vendor performance, identifying trends and making recommendations to management
• Manages Corrective Actions Plan portfolio and collaborates with various departments to address vendor performance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Business, or a related technical field
• Six Sigma black belt or yellow/green belt certification
• Five to ten years in an operations/production role or previous management-level experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency is strongly preferred
• Experience with PowerBI is strongly preferred
