A company is looking for a Manager, Government Provider Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Government Operations Coordinators and Analysts to meet departmental goals
- Identify and resolve barriers while collaborating with various internal departments to support business needs
- Oversee the availability and enrollment of practitioners in Medicare and Medicaid networks
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team of 5 or more
- 5+ years of healthcare operations experience, with Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred
- Experience in staff management, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Understanding of Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting
