A company is looking for a Building Materials Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Review plans to identify material requirements and possible substitutions
- Coordinate material issues with project management, purchasing, and sales staff
- Maintain detailed records and reports of job information for each project
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; AS/BS degree preferred
- 2+ years of wood construction estimating/coordinating experience required
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Broad knowledge of framing materials and practices preferred
- Experience with estimating/design software and ERP systems is beneficial
