Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant II to provide high-level administrative support during a temporary maternity leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and document notes and action items
  • Serve as the main point of contact for communications, organize travel arrangements, and maintain confidential records
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong formatting and slide deck preparation skills
  • Typing speed of 65+ WPM
  • Familiarity with managed care or healthcare/Medicaid programs preferred
