Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant II to provide high-level administrative support during a temporary maternity leave coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and document notes and action items
- Serve as the main point of contact for communications, organize travel arrangements, and maintain confidential records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong formatting and slide deck preparation skills
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM
- Familiarity with managed care or healthcare/Medicaid programs preferred
