Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Administrator for the CCV Selections Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks including QA and generation of selection files and client configuration of Clinical Payment Policies
- Monitor incoming files and serve as a point of contact for stakeholders during the Claim Selection process
- Maintain selection trackers and assist in reporting and tracking for the team and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing multiple tasks
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to an ever-changing environment
