Job Summary
A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage title orders and ensure effective communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage title orders from receipt through search, examination, curative, and clear-to-close phases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders and compliance with requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in title and settlement or real estate transaction coordination
- Experience doing title work in TN, FL, and/or OH
- Understanding of title search, examination, and curative processes
- Experience with Qualia's software and suite of products
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
