Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage title orders and ensure effective communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage title orders from receipt through search, examination, curative, and clear-to-close phases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders and compliance with requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in title and settlement or real estate transaction coordination
  • Experience doing title work in TN, FL, and/or OH
  • Understanding of title search, examination, and curative processes
  • Experience with Qualia's software and suite of products
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
