- Identify and implement improvements in compliance processes and business workflows for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
- 6-10 years of experience in workers' compensation claims
- 1-3 years of managerial experience supervising teams
- Experience in analyzing complex insurance claims and initiating investigations
- Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
