A company is looking for a Commercial Digital Operations Manager - Bank Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team to ensure timely and accurate task completion
- Oversee daily operations of commercial-facing digital applications and payment processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement automation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of banking experience, including digital banking and operations
- Strong knowledge of digital banking and customer/user experiences preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role required
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
