Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Configuration and Integration Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, load, test, and maintain configurable tables and files for claim adjudication
- Assist in developing and executing testing scenarios and perform unit and end-user testing for configuration changes
- Identify opportunities for system solutions to enhance claims processing and resolve configuration-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience in a managed care environment
- Minimum two to three years of experience in an automated medical claims environment
- Minimum one to two years of experience in systems logic and testing
- Experience in a managed care/multiple product environment is desired
- Comprehensive knowledge of claims adjudication rules and related software packages is preferred
