Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster, Workers Comp (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve workers compensation claims, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
• Document claim activities and provide exceptional customer service to claimants throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in at least TX or FL; additional licenses for CT, NH, RI, MA, and/or VT are a plus
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
