Key Responsibilities
- Oversee performance of the inbound sales and service team to achieve business goals
- Manage customer loyalty and outbound sales programs to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Develop a performance management system to foster accountability and team development
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of bicycles and the bicycle industry
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Contact Centers, Customer Service, and Sales Operations
- Proven success in managing large teams (50+ members)
- Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
