Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve fraud-related inquiries from various internal teams and carrier partners
- Monitor global activity using tools to identify potential fraud patterns and suspicious activities
- Document fraud attempts, trends, and contribute to the development of fraud detection processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Fraud Prevention Operations, preferably in the TelCo sector
- Experience with fraud detection tools and case management platforms like Zendesk
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data using analysis tools
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working in uncharted waters
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and a customer-first mindset
