Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a yield-based global supply strategy while monitoring performance and market trends

• Implement systems for operational efficiency, track supplier performance, and collaborate with commercial teams to align supply with demand

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 10+ years of experience in accommodation supply management, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of the global travel industry and accommodation market dynamics
• Fluent in English
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable supplier agreements and develop a strategic supply vision
