Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data on labor usage, operational costs, and scheduling
- Partner with teams to optimize labor scheduling and identify productivity improvements
- Support preparation of data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in operations analysis within the retail or rental industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with labor management systems
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies preferred
