Key Responsibilities
- Manage expense allocations and travel receipt reconciliation through Concur
- Audit datasets and ensure timely, accurate responses to incoming requests
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support special projects to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 4 years of administration or customer service/support experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with Workday, Smartsheet, or ServiceNOW
- Ability to multi-task and resolve various issues in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
